Mr. Donde was the President of Rackley Solutions a leader in insurance industry software and technology. Mr. Donde grew the company significantly prior to the company being sold to a large private equity firm on the west coast. Previously, Mr. Donde was the President and a member of the board of directors of Ascent Computing Group, Inc., a developer of voice-technology and applications. Under Mr. Donde’s leadership, Ascent reversed a sharp revenue decline, and was sold to a multi-national corporation. Previously, Mr. Donde was the managing director and senior vice president of the power generation solutions business at the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company, a $700 million NYSE company, where he built a global technology and financial products unit through synergistic growth and multiple acquisitions. At Cameron and Barkley Company, a $350 million industrial and electrical distributor, Mr. Donde built a high-technology highly profitable business unit with fortune 500 customers. Mr. Donde holds a Professional Engineering license, received a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, a MS degree from Clemson University, and a MBA degree from Columbia University.
Diane A. Vandeweghe was Executive Vice President of Charus Development Company an international project development group sponsored by one of China’s largest parastatial companies to develop natural resource, real property, and transportation projects in Russia, U.S., Sultanate of Oman, and Malaysia. Ms. Vandeweghe as special counsel to the Chairman participated in all aspects of the development programs including structuring the project’s financings and presentations to institutional investors and governments. Previously Ms. Vandeweghe was Vice President of Savoy Associates who developed, marketed, and financed a 42 story hi–rise mixed use building in New York. Ms. Vandeweghe has an JD LLM in taxation from NYU Law School.
Mr. Sanders has practiced securities, intellectual property, and general corporate law for over 30 years. He has supervised over 150 registration statements and IPOs and over 100 merger/sale transactions. He has practiced with Rubin Bailin Ortoli, Spitzer & Feldman, Beckman, Millman & Sanders, and Jacobs, Persinger & Parker. Mr. Sanders received his JD from Cornell University and BA from City College of New York.
Ray has over 20 years of experience in technology innovation and strategy within large global corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. He has consulted for venture capital and PE firms in New York City as part of his advisory practice. Ray has launched several startup ventures as well as advised over 30 Internet startups at various stages of growth. He has expertise in the research and development of complex commercial software products for delivery to international clients. Early in his career he worked as an executive in banking for Citibank, Republic National Bank (HSBC), and did consulting work for Morgan Stanley and Bank of America. His first startup venture experience was with Clearcross, a leader in international trade software which is now owned by Kewill, a publicly traded UK company. After working for the investor community for a few years Ray co-founded Smart Systems Technology, an early innovator in the proximity (contactless RFID) payments industry. Most recently, Ray was an Executive in Residence at MIT Media Lab, and is currently a board advisor and Executive in Residence at the Field Center for Entrepreneurship at Baruch College City University of New York. Ray serves as a coach to aspiring entrepreneurs and has formalized this process within the BCAP.biz program to help promote international economic development through entrepreneurship. He is a graduate from the School of Engineering at City College of New York and resides in NYC.
