We then conduct preliminary due diligence and issue a terms sheet. We can close very quickly on investments into publicly traded companies and can close rapidly on private companies who have their accounting and legal documentation in proper order.

For worthy assets that do not meet our investment criteria, it is likely that we know an enterprise that would be interested. We utilize our state of the art global information system to identify the most appropriate enterprises.
